DELIVERY TERMS
Romania: 2–8 business days after the order is placed, depending on the selected shipping method.
European Union: 3–14 business days after the order is placed, depending on the selected shipping method.
Everywhere Else: 5–15 business days after the order is placed, depending on your location and the selected shipping method.
Shipping options can be compared and selected on checkout. However, if you need your order to arrive sooner, you can contact us and we'll establish together a delivery time, according to the possibilities.
For made-to-order items, delivery time may vary depending on the product’s complexity and will be communicated to the customer individually.
Please note that in certain situations—such as legal holidays, extreme weather conditions, or technical issues beyond our control—delivery times may be extended. If this occurs, we will notify you as soon as possible.
Courier services do not operate on weekends, so deliveries are made Monday through Friday only. Before receiving your package, the courier will contact you by phone to confirm your availability at the delivery address.
ROMANIA DELIVERIES
Orders placed on www.AriaMargo.com are delivered within Romania via Fan/Cargus courier services, directly to the customer's address. Please note that we do not ship via the Romanian Post.

We ship internationally via FedEx and DHL Express.

Depending on your country’s regulations, customs duties or import taxes may apply. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee and are the responsibility of the buyer.
If applicable, FedEx / DHL will contact you prior to delivery to provide the necessary information and act as an intermediary between you and your local customs authority.
⚠️ If the courier is unable to deliver the package and no one is available at the address, the order will be returned to us. In this case, if you request redelivery, the shipping cost for both deliveries will be charged to you.
NOTE: We reserve the right to refuse delivery to customers who have made more than two returns within a 12-month period.
